What is your Shipping Policy?
We ship Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST time. In some rare occurances it may take longer than 48 hours to ship. However 99% of all our orders ship usually within one to three business days. If you are looking to expedite and order. After placing the order please give us a call to make sure we can get it out for you at the time you need it.

What is your Return Policy?
15% Restocking Fee, must be returned within 30 Days of Invoice Date. For exchanges we waive the restocking fee and we kindly ask the customer for new shipping payment (at our shipping discount cost). If we send defective or wrong merchandise, our company will correct the issue by picking up the items free of charge and sending the correct ones with a free gift. All items for merchandise credit or refund must be brand new and unworn (unless defective) within 30 Days of Invoice. Incomplete returns are subject to additional charges at our discretion. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card. We will deduct the original shipping from your order. For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on eyewear, swimwear, hosiery, underwear or hats. It is our policy not to accept any merchandise back for credit or exchange unless it is unused, in resalable condition AND in the original packaging.
