Who am I buying from?
Our goal is to provide you with 5-star service. If there is anything that you feel falls short of a 5-star rating, please feel free to contact us and we will fix it. We do business based on a simple formula: give our customers the parts they want, at a fair price, ship those parts fast, and back them with the best customer service on the planet.

What is your Shipping Policy?
B D Racing charges a one-time handling fee per order. B D Racing handling fee is one of the lowest in the industry. When you buy more than one item, you will only be charged a single handling fee when you complete a single checkout for all of your items purchased. Here is an example: Hit the Buy It Now button on three different items we have for sale. Go to the Pay Now button or visit the Checkout link in any one of the emails you get, and all three items will be in your cart. Hit the Checkout button and follow the instructions. We offer fast shipping on parts deliverable by ground service in the continental U.S. (excluding oversize parts and parts over the 150 lb. weight limit). Products that are shipped in the continental U.S. are shipped by UPS or Federal Express at our discretion. All Domestic orders will have a $9.75 handling charge. The B D Racing eBay store will ship select items worldwide. Please see the Shipping Calculator button in each of the listings to see which countries each items will ship to. Currently we are unable to ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii.

What is your Return Policy?
If you're not satisfied with our products or our service, we'll refund your money, period ! Just Contact your Sales Representative and return any new or unused part within 30 days of the shipping date and we'll refund your purchase price. Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges are not refundable and we cannot accept returns on any part specially ordered for you. All returns must be in their original box and in “sellable” condition. Returns should be shipped to us prepaid (we are sorry, but we can not accept returns sent to us "collect") and we strongly suggest you send them via a carrier that can trace the location of a lost package. In addition, you may want to insure the part being returned to protect yourself against loss. Make sure to include a copy of your invoice, along with a completed Return Authorization Form (Available from your Sales Representative), in the box with the part(s) to be returned. Please include a note indicating how you would like us to handle your return. If you are requesting an exchange or if the part is defective please let us know. We generally process returns within 7 days of their arrival. Any return after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee (generally 20%) based on the condition of the part and the length of time that has passed prior to our being notified. Parts over 12 months old will not be accepted for return unless they are warranted by the manufacturer. Please note we do not offer UPS call tag service at this time.
