You can return any product purchased from Gummy Lump Wooden Toys within 30 days of the Delivery Date as long as:

• The returned product(s) are "Like New, Unopened" in original packaging
• The returned product(s) arrive Postage Paid
• You have an RA#. This is a return Authorization. If there is something you'd like to return please Email Help@gummylump.com for a Return Authorization (RA#).

*We will accept RETURNS:

• Only after a Return Authorization has been obtained.
• No restocking fee will be applied if returned within 30 days from Delivery Date.
• Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
• If you return Items which received Free Shipping originally, and the original order total now falls below the free shipping amount, a return restocking or handling charge will be added equal to the shipping expense we incurred in sending the original shipment.

If You Receive Something that arrived DAMAGED:

Send an email to gummylump@aol.com. We will replace it for you as long as you notify us upon receipt of the product or within 7 days of receipt of the product.
