What is your Shipping Policy?
Most items are free shipping to domestic 48 States in United States. AK, HI, PR, GU and VI, Canada and other international orders may have extra shipping charge. Please use the SHIPPING CALCULATOR to find out your shipping cost. All Domestic orders are shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground Service. Please make sure you have physical address in your file. Local Pick-Ups are acceptable. Call us to schedule the pickup time. Canada orders are shipped by UPS Standard Service. Be sure to enclose your phone number in your order for UPS deliver purpose. GU, VI and APO orders are shipped by USPS. Please allow us a few more days to process USPS shipment. European orders are shipped by UPS Express. BE SURE TO LEAVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER WITH US FOR DELIVERY PURPOSE. NO DELIVERY CAN BE MADE WITHOUT VALID PHONE NUMBER. International Shipping Costs DO NOT include duty & taxes. You will be charged an additional duty upon receipt of package based on your country's rates.

What is your Return Policy?
We accept return or exchange within 30 days after package delivered. Contact us first for Return Authorization Number (RAN) before you ship back the package. No package sending back will be processed for refund if no RAN code. Please also make sure that you pack the parts quite well and insure the package when you ship it back. No refund will be made for damaged parts. If we send the wrong item, we will take care of everything for exchange. If buyer places the wrong order, we accept return and refund money on item. The shipping is nonrefundable. For free shipping items, 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Please make sure that the part you ordered fits before cutting, painting, altering or final installation. Email us first if you feel that your parts might not fit for any reason.
