What is your Return Policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We encourage you to email us with any questions prior to bidding rather then after you receive the product. You may email us at ebay@westechrecyclers.com. We are closed on weekends and holidays but will address your email by the end of the next business day. If your item was sold AS IS or for parts and repair, we will not accept the return. If your item has a warranty and arrives "not as described", please notify us within 3 days of receipt of the item. We will provide you with a return number and packaging instructions.
