Return of any item is as simple as filling out the form on the website to request a return policy form be sent to you. After which you must fill out the form, keeping the purple and Yellow copies, but you need to make sure that you return the violet and magenta copies. After which we will review your claim, and if you qualify, we will give you a full refund within 18 months of finalization of the paperwork (please allow up to 6 months of review time).
