How do I purchase an item?
To purchase an item, first click on the image or title of that product. Then on the following page, the product detail page, click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in to your shopping cart. Once you are done shopping and you are ready to complete your purchases, please click the "Checkout" link at the top right of the storefront page.

Who am I buying from?
iSold It is a "clicks and mortar" chain of eBay Drop Off stores that helps individuals & businesses sell their items on eBay. Selling on eBay is easy with iSold It! at iSold it, we: Professionally photograph each item Design a listing with descriptive copy points Post the item for sale on eBay Process payment from the winning bidder Pack and ship the item to the buyer After the item sells, we send you a check! I am a Trading Assistant - I can sell items for you!

What is your Shipping Policy?
Our shipping and packing fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item. Items are prepared for shipment in our store, and include first-quality materials and professional packing services. Our packing fees are designed to cover these costs. Buyer pays all fees, which are based on zip code, weight & possibly dimensions. For items over 2 lbs., we recommend shipping via FedEx Ground. For items under 2 lbs. we recommend shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Merchandise will generally ship within 3 - 5 business days of payment confirmation. In certain circumstances, we can accommodate combined shipping. Please understand that this is our store policy, and bid accordingly. Sorry, but we cannot ship FedEx to P.O. Boxes. LOCAL PICK-UP : All local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax + a handling fee.

What is your Return Policy?
All items sold AS IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us at service.va0222@i-soldit.com to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

What Customer Service help do you offer?
If you have questions, please call 804-915-9436. We have FAQs below. Do you end auctions early? No, we do not end auctions early. All our auctions go for the full duration. What will my shipping and handling fees be? To find shipping and handling costs for your item, scroll down on the auction page and click on the "Calculate Shipping" button. Type in your zip code, and you will see your shipping and handling fees. Can you ship outside of the United States? Yes, we ship to U.S. & and in some cases, on smaller items, we will open bidding to other Countries. If you use the shipping calculator, and do not see your Country as an option, you should not participate in that auction. Can you send me additional photos of the item? Unfortunately, due to the high volume of items we receive each day, we cannot take additional photos of specific items. What does "Powered on but not tested" mean? This means that we have plugged in and turned on the item to see if it started up, but have not performed additional testing. What does "Sold As Is" mean? Since we cannot fully test every function of an item, some items are Sold As Is. These items cannot be returned.
