What will my shipping and handling fees be? To find shipping and handling costs for your item, scroll down on the auction page and click on the "Calculate Shipping" button. Type in your zip code, and you will see your shipping and handling fees. Can you ship outside of the United States? Yes, we ship to U.S. & and in some cases, on smaller items, we will open bidding to other Countries. If you use the shipping calculator, and do not see your Country as an option, you should not participate in that auction. Can you send me additional photos of the item? Unfortunately, due to the high volume of items we receive each day, we cannot take additional photos of specific items. What does "Powered on but not tested" mean? This means that we have plugged in and turned on the item to see if it started up, but have not performed additional testing. What does "Sold As Is" mean? Since we cannot fully test every function of an item, some items are Sold As Is. These items cannot be returned.
