Shipping Policy
Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item and shipping destination. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Our store professionals use first-quality materials to pack items with care.
Our preferred shipping carriers: We offer FedEx Ground and Express for domestic shipping. USPS is only used for international shipping and items that qualify for media mail.
We require insurance on most items with a winning bid over $100. Insurance will also be required on pottery, glass, china, most electronic items, and all international orders. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $250. There will be no exceptions.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, we require that you cooperate with the insurance claims process of the carrier, or third party shipping insurance provider. Please keep all of your packing materials and contact us immediately. We will be happy to contact the carrier and start the claim process, however, they may need to inspect the product.
Merchandise will ship 3 - 5 business days after payment confirmation.
We do shipping internationally. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Return Policy
All items sold AS IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the listing. Buyer must contact us at service.ny0191@i-soldit.com to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
