How do I purchase an item?
To purchase an item, first click on the image or title of that product. Then on the following page, the product detail page, click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in to your shopping cart. Once you are done shopping and you are ready to complete your purchases, please click the "Checkout" link at the top right of the storefront page.

What is your Shipping Policy?
NextWorth takes great care in packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. For most International orders, NextWorth ships by UPS or USPS*. NextWorth will ship your item within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

International shipments might be subject to delays by customs and/or other rerouting/inspection activities, which NextWorth is not responsible for.

Please note that many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. NextWorth is not responsible for these charges.

What is your Return Policy?
Returns are accepted if the item's actual condition is materially different from the description, in which case buyer must send an e-mail to CustomerService@NextWorth.com to initiate a return within ten (10) days of receiving the item. After receipt of your e-mail, NextWorth will provide troubleshooting tips that may address the problem. If the iPod is still not operating as indicated in the description, NextWorth will provide the customer with return instructions and, upon receipt and inspection of the iPod, may elect to repair the iPod, replace it, or issue a store credit for the purchase sum.

Damage during shipping for US and international orders: Because we take extra care in packaging, it is an extremely rare occurrence when an item arrives damaged. If the box or parcel is physically damaged, do not accept the delivery without notifying the carrier by refusing the package. Items arriving damaged must be promptly confirmed by the carrier. A refund for damaged items can only be provided if the carrier confirms that the item was damaged in transit.

NextWorth accepts PayPal, major credit cards, and money orders/cashier's checks. We do not accept cash and/or personal checks and/or wire-transferred monies.

NextWorth requires that payment is received within 5 days of the close of the auction/listing end.

Unpaid auctions will be forfeited and relisted and an unpaid item dispute will be filed with eBay. If you believe that we will receive your payment after 7 days, please inform us that the payment is on its way. Please include your auction number, contact and shipping information, and special instructions on all payments.

NEXTWORTH RATING SYSTEM
We test every iPod, restore the software and refurbish them if needed. To give our customers a better understanding of the physical condition of the iPod we rate every iPod and guarantee that they are as described.
EXCELLENT
CONDITION

These iPods are guaranteed to have no technical imperfections and no scratches, blemishes or clouding on the screen. Faceplate and back are without any major scratching or dents. The iPod is not engraved and the battery is fully functional.

GOOD CONDITION

The iPod has no technical imperfections and the screen is clearly readable with no clouding or blemishes. The iPod may have cosmetic scratches, blemishes or light dings. Unless otherwise stated, the battery is as-is and has not been tested for remaining life.

BROKEN

The iPod has all parts, but is not working properly. Possible damaged hard drive, motherboard or/and screen. All broken iPods sold AS IS.

BATTERY
To give the iPod extended life we equip all Minis, 3rd Gen and Click Wheels (4th Gen) with new batteries and state this in the description. We offer a battery replacement for Video and Photo iPods in connection with buying an iPod from us.
INSURANCE
