Shipping Policies

• We use Federal Express ground shipping to any of the 50 states. Approximately 1-6 business days for delivery
• For all other destinations (Canada, etc). We typically use United Stated Postal Service (USPS). However we can change this at our descredition.
• We can not ship to a PO box.
• The tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail. Or you may log into your account for shipment status.
• For orders over $250 we require a signature for delivery.
• ALL export orders, INCLUDING CANADA, are subject to duties and import taxes that you are responsible for.

Shipping Methods

To the United States
• Federal Express Ground.
• Federal Express Ground (Home Delivery).
• USPS Priority: Tracking Number Provided. Delivery approximately 2-3 Days.
• USPS First Class: No Tracking Number. Delivery approximately 3-7 Days.

To Canada
• USPS First Class: No Tracking Number. Delivery in 10-14 days.
  Applies to small parts.
• USPS Priority: Tracking Number Provided. Delivery in 7-10 Days.
• NOTE: Canadian Customs may delay delivery.

Why We Charge What We Charge For Shipping

Most of the shipping charge you pay if for the quality shipping materials we use. It can roughly be broken down as follows:

• Fed Ex Required Laptop Box - $14.95
• Fed Charged Signature Requirment - $2.50
• Home Delivery Charge - $2.50
• Actual Shippng Charge - $8-13 (Fed Ex Ground)
• Insurance is Optional

How Quickly Do We Ship Out Orders?

We try VERY HARD to ship your purchase within one to three business days after you made payment (BUSINESS DAY DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY OR SUNDAY).
