If you live OUTSIDE the Contiguous United States, it will be necessary for us to contact you, via phone or email, for additional shipping costs for your order. We ship worldwide, but the shipping costs vary greatly. Enter your order via our website including payment and current contact information (phone and email). We accept www.BidPay.com, Western Union Wire Transfers, International Money Orders, www.PayPal.com, and Fax Orders. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL WE CONFIRM THE SHIPPING COST WITH YOU.

If you've already purchased from us and find a lower advertised price within 45 days of your purchase, contact us via phone or email and we'll refund the difference after verification. Elevation Music only accepts returns made within the first forty five (45) days of shipment. ELEVATION STORE POLICY AND RETURNS POLICY:


Items are shipped via Fed Ex, UPS, Airborne or USPS. Tracking numbers are not always available. If they are available, they will automatically be sent to you via email upon shipment.

Elevation Music only accepts returns made within the first forty five (45) days of shipment. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this forty five (45) day guarantee period. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner's manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a minimum twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. Refunds are issued for product value only, excluding shipping and handling. Please allow 2 weeks for processing your return.

The following items are nonreturnable except for defects: opened or used sets of strings, boxes of reeds, computer software, Apple products, soundcards, tubes, internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, pickups that have been installed, drumheads and sticks, turntable cartridges, washed or worn clothing and footwear, body jewelry, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos. Returned mouthpieces incur a sterilization fee.Elevation Music only accepts returns made within the first 45 days from shipment. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 45-day guarantee period. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Store Credit Only merchandise: Microphones, Wireless products and Recording equipment, including Multi-Track, Hard Disk, DAT, CD, Tape Recorders and Duplicators.

Non-Returnable merchandise: Copy-protected material: Sheet Music, Books, Videos, Software, Sample Libraries, and CD-ROM's

Shipping Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you refuse a delivery:
If the carrier returns an item because it was refused or undeliverable, a 15% restocking fee will apply. If the item was shipped for free, outbound shipping fees (and tariffs and duties on international shipments) will also be charged back at the time of return.

Title; Risk of Loss
Title to products passes from Elevation Music to you on shipment from our or our designee's facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier is your responsibility. Title to any licensed intellectual property will remain with the applicable licensor(s).

Customer "pick up" is not available for some items. ALL ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP ARE CHARGED 7.475% MO SALES TAX AND A $10 PICK-UP FEE

RETURNS WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURN NUMBER (RMA) WILL BE DENIED AND SENT BACK TO SHIPPER

Item color cannot be guaranteed in stock if payment is received after 10 business days from order date.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

Most items are covered by a 90 day, 1 year, or 2 year Manufacturer's Warranty. This covers any defect in the manufacturing of your product.

If you believe that your item has been damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping company which delivered your item.

If your product has a manufacturing defect and you wish to send it to us for service or repair covered by your warranty, you (the customer) will be responsible for the shipping costs to Elevation Music and return shipping must be pre-paid.

Your warranty does not cover any product that has been modified or misused in any way.
  • Return Authorization number must be clearly visible on side where label is located. DO NOT WRITE ON THE MANUFACTURER'S ORIGINAL BOX.
  • The item(s), package, interior packaging, paperwork, and any accessories, must be in resellable condition. Total assessment of restock fee will be at Elevation Music's complete descretion.

    SHIPPING DAMAGE

    Any item received must be checked for shipping damage prior to signing for or accepting a package. If a delivery is signed for and there is shipping damage visible from the outside a claim must be filed to the courier by the buyer (receiver).


    If package does not show shipping damage we will send a call tag and resend order as soon as damaged item is received and assessed.
    We will accept a return without authorization ONLY if package was refused at time of delivery. This must be done though the courier.
