What is your Shipping Policy?We ship worldwide which includes the United States, Canada and all other International Countries.
All orders are processed and shipped out within 1 to 2 business days upon receipt of the full payment for the transaction.
Orders paid thru Paypal will only be shipped to the confirmed shipping address.
We offer Combined Shipping discount of $2 for each additional item in your purchase/order.
We do NOT accept will-calls or store pick-up.
All international buyers are responsible for ALL custom taxes, duties and tariffs.

What is your Return Policy?We stand behind our items and we are confident in the quality and value of our merchandise. Each item undergoes three stages of quality control and checking before it gets packed and shipped out. If you are unsatisfied with the item/s purchased, you MUST email us within seven (7) days after receiving the item, to arrange the hassle-free return. Any return notifications after this period, you will have another seven (7) days to arrange the return, but with a 15% restocking fee. After this 14-day period, we can no longer accept any forms of returns. All items must be returned in the original condition. If the returned item was found to be used, scratched, damaged or, in any circumstances, not in its original condition, we will not accept the return. It will be shipped back to you and you will be charged with its appropriate S&H cost. The refund will be in the same form as how the purchase was made or paid for. We do NOT give refunds on any associated shipping costs whatsoever. We will not be responsible for any lost or damage package when returning the item, so we recommend insuring for the package and have delivery confirmation as well. All fees for item modifications such as resizing, engraving, over-the-top, etc., will not be refunded. All sales for perfumes and colognes are final. No returns will be accepted for these items. For health and safety purposes, we do not accept returns for all belly button rings, nipple rings, eyebrow rings, nose rings or any other jewelry that can be classified as body jewelry. We are here to answer all your questions regarding these type of items before purchasing them. When returning an item, you must include a note with your contact information, invoice or order number, the item number and a brief description for the return or exchange.
