How do I purchase an item?
To purchase an item, first click on the image or title of that product.
Then on the following page, the product detail page, click the "Add to Cart"
button to place the item in to your shopping cart. Once you are done
shopping and you are ready to complete your purchases, please click the
"Checkout" link at the top right of the storefront page.
Who am I buying from?
The Online Auction Company is an internet based consignment service located in Lenexa, Kansas. We have developed a very high level of expertise in selling full collections, ranging from books to porcelain figurines and everything in between. We are a registered eBay Drop Off Location and were the first eBay Trading Post in the Kansas City metro area. We are big enough to handle thousands of items yet small enough to care about each piece. Consignments Wanted.
What is your Shipping Policy?
Our shipping professionals will pack your items with care. The shipping cost returned by the shipping calculator includes the actual cost of shipping, insurance, labor and materials. The carriers we use are UPS and the USPS. All UPS shipments include a tracking number sent via email. All domestic USPS shipments include a confirmation number sent via email. UPS tracking information is also available on our web site.

What is your Return Policy?
All our items are sold on an "As Described and Photographed" basis. If it is determined to the Seller's reasonable satisfaction that the description of an item's physical condition is not substantially correct, based upon a reasonable reading of the description of the item, in conjunction with the supplied photographs, and considering the age and past use of the item, the buyer may return the item to the seller at the buyer's expense for a refund of the purchase price of the item, excluding the initial shipping cost. This physical condition warranty applies only for a period of three days from the date the item is received by the Buyer. A Buyer who has any questions about the condition of an item should contact the Seller prior to bidding.
