How do I purchase an item?
To purchase an item, first click on the image or title of that product. Then on the following page, the product detail page, click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in to your shopping cart. Once you are done shopping and you are ready to complete your purchases, please click the "Checkout" link at the top right of the storefront page.

Who am I buying from?

It began as an idea to reinvent the whole camera store experience in a suburb of Salt Lake City, Utah. Conceived by an IT Director (Ray Taggart) and the Creative Director (Jeff Bagley) of an Advertising agency, the goal was to unite digital technology and creativity in a place that inspired and helped you create your very best photographs.

From the start, we had a single focus. Digital photography. We've never sold film or film cameras. We have invested 100% of our time becoming digital experts. In fact, about a 1/3 of our store is dedicated to a hands-on classroom. We teach everyone who buys a camera from us how to use it. We also teach Photoshop classes. We hold insightful workshops and seminars. We want to be more than a store. We want to be a creative partner.

To that end, you will also get premiere photo-finishing here at Pixels-- from a carefully color-corrected 4x6 to a beautifully printed enlargement. And to top off your creativity, we also have a fully equipped, high-tech custom frame shop.

What is your Shipping Policy?
Most packages are shipped via UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous states.   UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day are available for expedited shipping upon request.

Do you ship internationally?

What is your Return Policy?

Returns:

Occasionally, it may become necessary to return a product. In order to initiate a return, you must call Pixels Foto & Frame Customer Care at 801-233-9090 and request an RMA number. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. All items sold by Pixels Foto & Frame are covered under the Manufacturers Warranty and warranty claims should be referred to the manufacturer after our 7 day return period.

Returns for refund:

  • Returns for refund must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. Pixels Foto & Frame will accept only new, unopened, factory-sealed items returned for a refund.
  • Software, books and consumables (ink, paper, etc.) cannot be returned if opened.
  • Any product packaged in a Blister Pack cannot be returned if opened.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns for exchange or replacement due to defective product:

  • All claims for exchange or replacement must be made within 7 days of receipt. Returned items will be replaced with the identical product or an in store credit.
  • All original packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty card, wrapping, etc., must be retained and returned with unit. Do not deface damage or apply labels to manufacturers packaging.
  • Any items returned incomplete or in damaged condition will be subject to a minimum-restocking fee of 15% depending on condition or returned to you if the product is damaged.
  • Shipping costs will not be included in credit or return. Replacement items will be shipped to you freight prepaid.

Damaged in Shipping:

  • All claims for shipping damage must be made within 24 hours of receiving item.
  • You must retain all original packaging materials and boxes for inspection by shipper.
  • Your claim must be made through the shipper. Notify Pixels Foto & Frame in the event that a claim is made with the shipper.
  • Carefully inspect the package before accepting delivery. If outer packaging is received damaged, open packaging and inspect the product for damage. If product damage is evident, refuse delivery and notify us.
  • As soon as we receive the damaged item(s), we will ship a replacement unit.

Packing for Return Shipping:

  • Pack all items in a sturdy shipping carton. You may reuse the packaging that you received the item in if in good condition.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice in the carton - keep the original invoice.
  • Print the RMA number on the shipping label of the shipping carton.
  • Packages without a visible RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Use the most convenient means of shipping. Insurance is recommended.
