What shipping options do you offer?
FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all shipped within the United States that exceed $185.00! Ground Shipping is $6.95 on all other orders shipped within the U.S. We also offer UPS Next Day Air shipping for $29.50 and UPS 2nd Day Air shipping for $14.50. We are glad to combine items to minimize costs whenever possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please e-mail us for exact charges. Europe is generally @ $26.00, Asia is generally @ $35.00, Canada is generally @ $16.25, Australia/ New Zealand is generally @ $26.00
What is your Return Policy?
Harris Michael Jewelry, Inc. upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed your expectation. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a replacement, exchange, or credit your credit card (shipping charges are not refundable). If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Every effort is made to insure that your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. Kindly report any initial defects within 5 days of order receipt for prompt replacement, report any damages or losses in transit to the carrier immediately. We cannot be held responsible for damages or losses incurred in transit.
To return an item to Harris Michael Jewelry, please follow the following process:
- If within the US, call us Toll Free at 1-800-324-1460 for an (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Write the RMA # on your original invoice and make sure it clearly appears on the outside of the box.
- Place all the original packaging in the box, (Diamond certificates, Appraisals, etc… (There is a $100 replacement fee for non-returned Diamond certificates.)
- If the price of the item you're returning is:
Under $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
Over $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Harris Michael Jewelry.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
Once your return is received, our Quality Assurance Department will review it. You will then receive an e-mail notification regarding your return or exchange within five business days.
Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
* Harris Michael Jewelry will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
