Delivery: All orders usually ship out in 24-48 hours. In some cases (special orders), we do not hold stock and may take 2-4 weeks for delivery. Please inquire for exact shipment times. Some orders ship directly from the manufacturer and may require additional time for shipping. Our prefer shipping method is UPS but also use USPS, FedEx, DHL & freight. Local Store Pick-up: $9 handling fee & 7% tax.
Domestic Shipping: HAWAII, ALASKA orders must select 2ND DAY AIR shipping method. Non-continuous U.S. customers please email prior to bidding for delivery estimate.
International Orders Notice: We ship World-Wide. To calculate shipping cost, go to the top of this shipping section where it says "Click here to calculate shipping for this item", open the shipping calculator, select "UPS" as shipping carrier and choose the destination country.
Puerto Rico and International orders must inquire for payment arrangements prior to bidding. We only accept money orders, certified checks or wire transfers. We only accept "Verified" Paypal for international orders with a history of positive feedback. eGeneralMedical.com cannot be responsible for the duties, taxes, or other import taxes that your country charges you to receive the package.
