Can I pay by check or money order?

Yes. To pay for an order in advance by money order or check, you can place a phone order by calling us at 949-364-6231 or e-mail your order to cartoonpassion@aol.com. We will create an invoice and you pay after you receive your invoice. We ship after we receive your check or money order. Shipping may be delayed if you pay us by regular check due to bank processing (10 - 14 days after deposit). Please state your name, shipping address, phone number, fax number (if you wish your order information and invoice faxed), and e-mail address, if possible.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. All international orders are shipped via air and have a higher freight cost than domestic orders. Usually we use US Postal Service as the shipping method. If customers prefer us to send their orders via UPS or FedEx, the shipping rate may be more than double from the postal rate. We will e-mail you the total shipping and handling charges before we send your order via UPS.


What is your shipping policy?

Californian residents will pay sales txes in addition to shipping and handling. For the customers living in Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories, the shipping may cost extra, if the customers wish us to send their orders via UPS or FedEx. The normal delivery time may be from 4 days to 2 weeks. But most of your orders can be delivered within 7 days. For international customers, all of the shipping will be done through air. The international customers will pay higher freight. Usually we use US Postal Service to ship your orders. If customers prefer us to send their orders via UPS or FedEx, the shipping rate may be more than double from the postal rate. We will e-mail you the total shipping and handling charges before we send your order via UPS or FedEx.


What is your return policy?

For the customers returning merchandise ordered, the return needs to be made within 14 days after your order received. We will not refund the shipping and handling cost and we will charge 15% of the merchandise price as the restocking fee.
