To purchase an item on eBay you need to bid on the item through their auction listing. Return to the listing and place a bid. If you are the high bidder, you will be immediately notified via email when the auction ends.  What is the reserve price of this item? This item does not have a reserve price.  What is your Shipping Policy? Shipping options appear at checkout and usually include UPS, USPS and FedEx these options may vary depending on shipping destination and package weight. All shipping charges on purchases are the Customers responsibility and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All non-U.S. buyers are responsible for paying all import taxes and customs clearance fees imposed by the shipping carrier, customs broker and your government. Those costs are not included in shipping costs.  What is your Return Policy? Returns for credit will be accepted for 14 days from the date of receipt.   CWI Outlet will pay for return shipping.   All returns must be shipped in the original packaging. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:   Customer must contact CWI Outlet at 908-269-7498 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label prior to return.   The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or the box will be refused.   Returns must include all accessories that were received such as remote controls, cables, batteries, ink cartridges, manuals, etc.   Missing accessories will be subject to a charge back fee.   Return items must be received at CWI Outlet within seven business days of the RMA issue date.
