What is your Return Policy?
We want you to love every item you buy from Discount Tommy. We have been serving customers since 1999, and your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If there is anything we can do to help you avoid returning an item, please contact us to let us know how we can help. In the event you have received a damaged product, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) by sending an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email, please include the transaction ID number. All other returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping will not be reimbursed. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the PayPal transaction date. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. We strongly recommend you use a delivery service that can be tracked and insured.
Cancellations or returns of any kind will incur a 20% restocking fee to the buyer. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing and insuring returned items unless otherwise agreed upon. If your purchase has been damaged during shipping, a damage claim will be filed, the product will be returned to us, and a replacement will be shipped at our expense. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery--NO Exceptions.
