What is your Shipping Policy?
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP TO MEXICO, BRAZIL, MALAYSIA or INDONESIA. We ship only using USPS Priority Mail or Fedex domestically and USPS Priority Mail International and Fedex for international shipment. PLEASE CHECK OUR SHIPPING CALCULATOR BEFORE YOU BUY! Please also note that we cannot process an order OR HOLD items until we receive your payment. It is possible that delays may cause items not to be available when your payment does come through. We are happy to COMBINE SHIPPING on multiple items purchased. To do that, you MUST email us after you commit to buy the items BUT BEFORE YOU PAY, we can then send you a correctly combined invoice. In general, we ship using USPS Priority Mail with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 days in the US. US Shipping charges range from $8.15 for many items to about $10 to $14 for heavy items. We also offer expedited FEDEX shipping that you can choose at checkout for an additional cost. International shipping is based upon the actual weight of the items and the costs to ship to your location, plus the cost of customs paperwork and packaging. IF YOU ARE INTERNATIONAL... PLEASE DO NOT SEND US A PAYPAL PAYMENT WITHOUT INCLUDING THE APPROPRIATE SHIPPING CHARGE! PLEASE ALSO NOTE: We are a business and ship using methods that comply with Ebay, Paypal and credit card rules, we cannot ship items using parcel post or surface methods. We are also unable to list incomplete or inaccurate information on customs documents. Please understand that as a business we must comply with these rules. THIS LISTING HAS A SHIPPING CALCULATOR LINK IN IT, PLEASE USE THAT TO GET THE SHIPPING COST TO YOUR LOCATION. Please also note that we do not ship to BRAZIL, MEXICO, INDONESIA OR MALAYSIA. If you request shipping to one of these countries, your order will be cancelled and refunded as we do not ship to these countries. We also cannot process your order until payment is actually received, please note that this may result in items not being available if your payment is delayed. International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. What is your Return Policy?
The packing slip with your order will include a Return label. Please use this label to return any merchandise. You will be sent a coupon code via email for the price of the items returned that you can use for a future purchase from our store.
