RETURN POLICY
Defective Merchandise: Is handled by the manufacturer as warranty issue. Please contact the manufacturer directly for repair or exchange. We are not responsible for warranty or repairs. If you have any issues dealing with the manufacturer you can give us call anytime or email us at sudmanenterprises@gmail.com, but please contact them first.

Items Returned with an RMA Number: You can call us toll free 1-877-723-6548 for a mandatory Return Authorization Number (RMA). All Returned items are subject to 15% restocking fee if you are requesting money back and shipping fees will not be returned.
Items Returned without an RMA Number: You can only do a return with a RMA number. In order to provide prompt service and processing with out a RMA number your return could be delayed for a long period of time. We also charge 20% restocking fee if an RMA number is not used.
Exchanging Item/s:
Unopened items can be returned for exchange and will be credited full item value minus original shipping. Buyer must pay new shipping to return the item.
Returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date.
