 Who am I buying from?

We are a growing, family-owned business bringing you excellent customer service and some of the lowest prices you can find on safety and security products, spyware devices, knives, swords, stun guns, pepper spray, alarms and security systems, as well as electronics, computer accessories, and introducing health & beauty products.

It seems everyone is trying to make a buck nowadays and it is often you, the consumer, who pays the price...bad customer service, silly mistakes, poor communication, even outright fraud! Rest assured, however, that we are different. Like you, we aren't some giant, faceless corporation, but rather a family trying to make ends meet. Doing business on the internet is not as easy as many would like to pretend - everything is expensive and profit margins are amazingly tight, often just pennies on the dollar. The only way to actually make money is to turn over volume. Again, no easy feat.

So how are we different? Why should you buy from us?

Well, for one thing, with very few exceptions we carry all of our own inventory, so you don't face any out-of-stock issues. Many other sellers do all their sales from "dropshipping", which means they are selling inventory held and shipped by a third party...they don't own it! AND they are selling the same product in the same way that, literally, hundreds of other people are selling. They don't already own the product and it may go out of stock at any time beyond their control (regardless of any auctions they may have running). And who suffers for this? You do! When that third-party company sells out of product, you lose out and there is nothing you (or even the person you "purchased" from) can do about it. It's not pleasant, but it's a fact of life when buying from companies on the Internet that dropship. So, buy from us with confidence - we stock all of our inventory so you never have to worry about your order being out of stock!

Again, we're different. We're doing it the somewhat old-fashioned way - slowly building up a critical mass of on-hand inventory (yes, inventory physically sitting on our shelves) and reinvesting the money to build up an even greater inventory. We're not saying we're perfect, but we do try to bend over backwards to please our customers. We answer all of our own emails (usually within 24 hrs.) and make every customer's satisfaction a priority.

 How do I purchase an item?

To purchase an item on eBay you need to bid on the item through their auction listing. Return to the listing and place a bid. If you are the high bidder, you will be immediately notified via email when the auction ends.


 What is the reserve price of this item?

This item does not have a reserve price.


 What is your Shipping Policy?

We ship worldwide (see Legal Disclaimer in FAQs for restrictions on certain self defense products) within 24 hours of payment receipt (Mon-Fri). Orders ship by US Mail with delivery confirmation. Optional insurance is available for USA orders. Insurance is required on International orders.

ALL additional items ship for only $1.00 each within the USA!
Customers outside the USA receive 50% off shipping each additional item!

Combined shipping discounts will be automatically applied during checkout. On multiple item purchases, checkout will calculate the higher shipping cost item first.


 What is your Return Policy?

Returns are only accepted for nonworking/defective items and only on orders that purchased shipping insurance (No Insurance = No Return).

If you purchased insurance and received a defective item, email us within 3 days of item receipt. If we can't solve your problem, we'll email you a Return Authorization Number, then you simply send the product back to us - with all parts, materials and original packaging - for a prompt refund.
Shipping and insurance fees are nonrefundable. If an item is returned in working condition, abused or missing components we reserve the right to charge a 25% restock fee or refuse the return.
