To purchase an item on eBay Store you need to bid on the item through their auction listing. Return to the listing and place a bid. If you are the high bidder, you will be immediately notified via email when the auction ends.  What is the reserve price of this item? This item does not have a reserve price.  What is your Shipping Policy? AK AND HI are charged additional shipping, click the shipping calculator to see your shipping rate. Please be aware that PayPal echecks usually take 3 business days for payment to reach us. All major credit cards are accepted and are preferred over PayPal. Products are shipped via UPS to the lower 48 states and USPS to Alaska, Hawaii, and US APOs. We currently do not ship items to other countries unless you contact us prior to ordering. Each product has a fixed shipping charge, but each additional item gets a shipping discount of $10 (or $5 if that is the charge.) For example, if you purchase a ski and the shipping is $25, and add a $10 shipping pole to that order, the shipping charge of the pole is cut from $10 to $0. It's that easy! Multiple item shipping discounts apply on all purchases. Yes Shipping for any number of Helly Hansen shoes is just $5.  What is your Return Policy? Any unused item can be returned within 30 days of order date for a full refund of the purchase price. We never charge a restocking fee. All original packaging and parts (screws, parts, manuals, etc.) must be included for the full refund. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. All items come with a manufacturers warranty.
