There are always surprises  How do I purchase an item? To purchase an item on eBay you need to bid on the item through their auction listing. Return to the listing and place a bid. If you are the high bidder, you will be immediately notified via email when the auction ends.  What is the reserve price of this item? This item does not have a reserve price.  What is your Shipping Policy? All items are shipped at Buyer's expense. Some products are shipped by our suppliers from their facilities. The final decision as to the method of shipping shall remain in the seller's sole discretion. Unless a flat rate fee applies, our Shipping and Packing charges are determined by the package size and shipped weight of the item. Items are prepared for shipment in our store and include first-quality materials and professional packing services. Our packing fees are designed to cover these costs. Buyer pays all shipping expenses, which are based on zip code and weight. Merchandise usually ships within 5-7 business days of payment confirmation. CAR SEAT COVERS MAY TAKE UP TO 20 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP AS THEY ARE CUSTOM MADE FOR YOU. Non USPS shippers cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was grossly not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item.
