If you are the high bidder, you will be immediately notified via email when the auction ends.  What is the reserve price of this item? This item does not have a reserve price.  What is your Shipping Policy? We have all the items in stock. Depending on our volume your item will be shipped either on the same day or the next business day. Please note that WE DO NOT SHIP TO GERMANY, UNITED KINGDOM and EUROPE.  What is your Return Policy? Everything we sell is 100% real authentic brand name perfumes. We do not sell imitations or knock offs. We stand 100% behind this claim. If for any reason you are not satisfied with what you receive then you have the right to return it within 7 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund for your item minus the shipping charge. If you would like to return an item it must be in it's original packaging, unopened and unused. Sorry but we cannot accept returns for opened items. Before you return your item you must get a Return Authorization Number (RMA #) from us. Any items received without RMA will be returned to the sender.
