Financial Information
TGIstores is a fast-growing company. Our sales rose by 200% in 2005, over 700% in 2006 and continues to grow at a rapid pace, to the point that we have 4 distribution centers since our inception. We are privately held and have been profitable from day one.

Warehouse
Our state of the art warehouse facilities carry more than 20,000 high-quality home decor, accents and furnishings, ready to ship within 48 hours of your order. We make sure to keep the entire operation well-organized and secure. Your order is packed into custom sized cardboard shipping boxes and filled with thick foam boards and bubble wrap to protect against shipping damage. Once your order is packed, it is sent along a mechanical conveyor belt and scanned into the UPS or Fedex tracking system for your convenience. We have a carrier truck on site at our warehouse at all times.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@tgistores.com We will make every effort to accommodate your request with the carrier; however, sometimes the carrier would deny the request.


Sales Tax
Items shipped to California are subject to an 8.75% sales tax.


Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. The email confirmation will list all items in your order and serves as your invoice.



 How do I purchase an item?

To purchase an item on eBay you need to bid on the item through their auction listing. Return to the listing and place a bid. If you are the high bidder, you will be immediately notified via email when the auction ends.

Shipping Rates & Methods

All products have free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states of USA. Our shipping calculator will indicate $0.00 next to UPS ground shipping when you enter in a zip code that’s within the 48 contiguous states.

Address Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address during checkout.

Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and International Shipments
For Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and international shipments additional shipping charges do apply. For estimated shipping charges, please email us at

For international orders, you will be responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes to a broker or government agency.


Shipping Time and Schedule

Our items are very unique and must be carefully packaged.
• Order processing & packaging time is 1-7 business days.
• Delivery time is 1-7 business days within US states and 2-4 weeks for international delivery.


We sometimes will ship via UPS, FedEx or another similar carrier. Each carrier has its areas where service is better than another and we try to select the best service to get your order delivered in a timely manner. In instances we use another carrier, the shipping charges will be exactly as calculated on our shopping cart.

Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment # if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and TGIstores will not be responsible for returned orders due in part by customer negligence. We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on refused shipments. We reserve the right to bill you for incorrect delivery addresses, typos caused by you when your order was placed and requests to forward shipments to another address. Shipping charges are non-refundable. But of course, we will accommodate your needs and take care of things for you if your package gets rejected or sent back.


Damages and Claims


All products ship FOB factory or warehouse. Damaged merchandise will be replaced and/or repaired at our discretion.
It is very important to email us with the information for the damaged merchandise:

Please DO NOT call the shipping carrier, but email us at info@tgistores.com with your:
1. Invoice #
2. Product name/descriptions of damage (email us images of the damages for quicker turnaround)
3. Your name/contact #

In the mean time, please do not throw away damaged item because in some cases, our shipping carrier might send someone out to inspect the damages. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy.


 What is your Return Policy?

2. Orders greater than $100 has a 10% restocking fee for returns from the lower 48 contiguous states.
3. 15% restocking fee for returns from Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Canada and all other international countries.
*All rug orders have a restocking fee of 20%.
**Customer is responsible for all restocking fees and shipping costs in both directions.
***Due to free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

Because of our warehouse growth capacity, we currently have distribution centers throughout the country. Please email us first and the customer can send the applicable product back to that warehouse.
Please follow these instructions to return or exchange an item:

1. Please email us at
info@tgistores.com with your original order number, the product(s) you are returning, and your contact information
2. We will respond with instructions as to how to return the item.
3. No returns will be accepted without authorization number. Please email us to obtain an authorization number. Unauthorized disposed goods will not be refunded.
4. Regardless of where your package was shipped, returns must be delivered to the address required by our return's department. Returns made to the ship from or any other address will not be accepted.

*Please Note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling. We will issue a credit to the credit card or paypal account used for the original purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
