Yes, to set up a group by, you must first contact us and get details of the group buy. We will provide you in detail of the prices and what you need to do.

Sorry, our warehouse is for distribution only.

I have paid for the purchase, what's next?
You will receive an email with tracking information when your item ships from our distribution facility.

What shipping service do you use?
We use Fedex, UPS, USPS Ground.

Where is my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are provided once the products have been picked up by the shipping company. Once this has happened, can we provide you with a tracking number. Please contact us or go on the carrier’s site to track your package to find out exactly where your products are.

Do you offer any kind of expedited shipping? Yes we do. Please use our shipping calculator for more information.

Are your products insured during shipping?
Yes, all our products are insured during shipping.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@timelesselements.com We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for processing and shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy.

Sales Tax
Items shipped to destinations in California are subject to an 8.25% sales tax.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. The email confirmation will list all items in your order and serves as your invoice.

 How do I purchase an item?

To purchase an item on eBay you need to bid on the item through their auction listing. Return to the listing and place a bid. If you are the high bidder, you will be immediately notified via email when the auction ends.


 What is the reserve price of this item?

 What is your Shipping Policy?

Shipping Rates & Methods

All of our items have free ground shipping for items that are shipped within the 48 contiguous states of USA. Our shipping calculator will indicate $0.00 next to UPS ground shipping when you enter in a zip code that’s within the 48 contiguous states.

Most orders are shipped UPS/Fedex Ground. We also offer other shipping options for Alaskan, Puerto, Guam, Virgin Islands and Hawaiian deliveries, Canada, and International shipping.

APO & P.O. box addresses must be shipped via USPS only.

Shipping Time and Schedule

Our items are very unique and must be carefully packaged.


We sometimes will ship via UPS, FedEx or another similar carrier. Each carrier has its areas where service is better than another and we try to select the best service to get your order delivered in a timely manner. In instances we use another carrier, the shipping charges will be exactly as calculated on our shopping cart.

Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment # if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and Timeless Elements will not be responsible for returned orders due in part by customer negligence. We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on refused shipments. We reserve the right to bill you for incorrect delivery addresses, typos caused by you when your order was placed and requests to forward shipments to another address. Shipping charges are non-refundable. But of course, we will accommodate your needs and take care of things for you if your package gets rejected or sent back.

Damages and Claims

All products ship FOB factory or warehouse. Damaged merchandise will be replaced and/or repaired at our discretion.

It is very important to email us with the information for the damaged merchandise:

Please DO NOT call the shipping carrier, but email us at info@timelesselements.com with your:
1. Invoice #
2. Product name/descriptions of damage (email us images of the damages for quicker turnaround)
3. Your name/contact #

In the mean time, please do not throw away damaged item because in some cases, our shipping carrier might send someone out to inspect the damages. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy

 What is your Return Policy?

Everything listed on our site is brand new. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 30 days of receipt.

Furniture, Accessories (includes sku #’s TEA, TEB, TEF, TEJ, TEP, TER, TEW, TEY)-

Many of our products are offered with free shipping. Please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. You will also be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us.

All returned products must be in original condition and packaging. Otherwise, additional charges may be applied. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy

• Silk Plants/Flowers/other products (includes sku #’s TEC)-

Under no circumstances will our Furniture, Accessories department take any Silk Plants/Flowers/other products back. All Silk Plants/Flowers/other products will be returned to our other warehouse.

Here is the restocking fee schedule which applies to all items on Timelesselements.com:

1. 15% restocking fee for returns from the lower 48 contiguous states.
2. 35% restocking fee for returns from Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Canada.
3. 15% restocking fee for all other international countries outside of 1 & 2 mentioned above.

Because of our warehouse growth capacity, we currently have distribution centers throughout the country. Please email us first and the customer can send the applicable product back to that factory but is responsible for all restocking fees and shipping costs in both directions.

Please follow these instructions to return or exchange an item:

1. Please email us at info@timelesselements.com with your original order number, the product(s) you are returning, and your contact information
2. We will respond with instructions as to how to return the item.

*Please Note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling. We will issue a credit to the credit card or paypal account used for the original purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
