Driving IC can reduce power to the bulb to protect from overheating if needed. Can be installed in headlight housing near halogen bulbs. The "RB" in the part number stands for Retina Burners. Although they won't really burn out your retinas (at least we don't think) they are bright! At 105 lumens each this bulb is easily 10 times brighter than a standard incandescent bulb. By far our most powerful 194 bulb we have made to date.
