A large majority of the products here on Suspension Max carry a limited life-time warranty, here are the details.
- The warranties cover the products against manufacturer defects in materials and craftmanship when used on passenger cars and trucks under normal operating conditions; off-road and racing applications are not covered. This only applies to the original owner of the vehicle in which the products were installed.
- The warranties do not cover any products that have been A) Improperly installed or have not been installed by a Qualified, Licensed Auto Mechanic experienced in the installation and removal of suspension components; B) That have been improperly serviced or subjected to abuse or negligence, accidents or collisions.
- Name-brand products hold the manufacturer's stated warranty on the manufacturer's website, and Suspension Max does not cover or supplement said manufacturer's stated warranties.
Suspension Max's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective part according to this warranty. Cost of removal and/or installation are not included, and any incidental damages and shipping charges are excluded under this warranty.
Any warranty issue will be submitted to Suspension Max for testing and inspection, prior to any possible exchange or replacement of previously purchased parts.

Suspension Max tries to make returns as easy and painless as possible. All Return / Exchange claims must be made within 14 days of receiving your product.

If you receive a damaged, misboxed, missing product, or your professional installer believes he is installing a defective part, please call (877)-853-2627 immediately. Our professional sales staff may be able to help solve a possible defective product issue! In the event of a return, the customer will incur the costs of shipping the product back to Suspension Max, unless otherwise notified in writing or through email. A defective product is one which has been returned to us, for our in-house quality control inspection. If product upon inspection is defective we will immediately ship you an inspected , correct exact replacement , and we will refund you the UPS cost incurred to send the defective part to us. Shipment to and from Suspension Max is through UPS Ground service only, any expedited shipping will be paid for by the customer and will not be considered for refund/credit.
All packages returning to Suspension Max require an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) Number, or will be refused.
All product returns that are due to circumstances outside of Suspension Max's control (vehicle sold, no longer wanting the product, accident), will incur a 25% restocking fee on the product(s) alone. Original shipping cost will not be refunded since that is something that Suspension Max does not receive back. Refunds take place 3-5 days after Suspension Max has received the package, and have inspected the parts to ensure resale-ability.
